Aims and students profile

OBJECTIVES
The programmes main objective is to give participants the knowledge, tools and skills to successfully manage a business in a globalised environment.

To this end, the master addresses the following aspects:

1- To develop their potential by expanding his/her analytical and decisive decision-making capacity.
2 – To enhance his/her management skills (leadership, team building, negotiation, ...)
3 – To analyse the relationships and roles of the different areas of the company.
4 – To assess the impact on businesses and markets of technological change and economic globalisation.
5 – To deal effectively the opening of the company to international markets

STUDENT PROFILE
The INTERNATIONAL MARKET MBA is aimed at graduates, or active professionals, who want to lead and manage businesses in a competitive and dynamic international environment and with the utmost professionalism.

Being a bilingual programme, participants should have knowledge of English and Spanish.
