Introduction

Strategy is a combination of actions, planned in advance, aiming to achieve certain business goals involving growth and expansion, considering current and potential means and resources of the company. Establishing a policy for a business strategy requires a set of analysis by making use of the necessary tools.

The strategic vision of human capital serves as a tool for achieving business goals from a competitive perspective within a constantly changing environment, providing an ethical vision of business as a scenario in which future professional performance must be framed or from a perspective of personal responsibility.

What we do as a company has an impact in others and as consequence in the organization and development of our activities. Therefore, managerial skills in the management of people are vital for companies. Business models and innovative strategies for managing and designing every aspect of human resources management require, more than ever, a perfect balance between performance efficiency and professional and personal satisfaction.

Regarding legal aspects, a company must bear in mind there’s an existing broad legislation in commercial, administrative labor, environmental, competence, health, energetic, distribution and other areas. Thus, such legislation affects their activity. As consequence they have to be extremely focused not only on legislations affecting their performance, but also on changes often experienced.
