¿QUIERES SOLICITAR INFORMACIÓN?
Description

In this module the participant will get an overview of the entire supply chain and know the main aspects of the areas related to the flow of materials in a company as well as the associated information.

These areas (supplying, production and storage etc) are directly involved in achieving a good level of customer service at the lowest possible cost, an important factor in the competitiveness of any organization and the good image of it.

Similarly, we will see what are the current situations and current trends in the outsourcing of business operations, trying to get the best service at the lowest cost.

Additionally, we establish the main indicators of success in management operations, and strategies and actions to continually improve these KPI’s.
