His career path includes positions such as Director of Human Resources at Juver Alimentación and at Jimten, subsidiary of the franco-belgian international company Etex Plastic. Since 1996 he has worked with consulting firms and Business Schools in order to provide education and training on Human Resources Management Tools, Management Skills and Occupational Risk Prevention, while working at Empatía Consulting, his own Human Resources consulting firm. He is currently a professor of the Master in Human Resources Management at ENAE Business School.

Mariano García Izquierdo is Certified Expert in Occupational Risk Prevention (Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology Specialist). Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Murcia. Director of SERPA (Ergonomics and psychosociology applied to work service), University of Murcia. Coordinator of the Master in Human Resources Management and Professor of Human Resources in the MBA at ENAE Business School. Human Resources Consultant in companies of the chemical and industrial sector. Author of several books and articles about work and organizational psychology, as well as speaker in different conferences and workshops on Human Resources.

Director of Human Resources at Howden, he was the former Human Resources and Organization Director at Infraestructuras Terrestres (Intersa) and HR Manager at Española de Zinc. He teaches specific training in Human Resources Master in HR and MBA post-graduate programs and international training programs in ENAE Business School. Furthermore, he facilitates partner companies implementing development programs for individuals and organization. Speaker at working sessions organized by companies Adecco, Adecco training and Atlas Business Services.

Methodology

  1. Theoretical presentations alternated with practical exposure so as to see their relationship with results in business. The interrelation between theory and practice is a methodology in which students must be involved. This methodological issue will be used for both business executives and professionals, and for recent graduates who want to join the same course.
  2. Several case studies are sent from those that companies have been facing in real life for students, with the relevant knowledge acquired, to do the analysis between the different lines of action that may arise and choose the one considered more realistic and adjusted to the case. The student should become accustomed to making decisions and understand the implications of them.
  3. Case studies and readings will be sent to participants through the virtual campus. At the same time chat forums or debate centres may be created on campus or virtual in which the views of the participants will be contrasted. . These tools will be used by the students to contrast their different points of view.
  4. Virtual Campus is a tool that allows a much more fluid relationship between students and teachers at personal and on line level.
  5. Teaching the course will take into account how the student intends to apply the knowledge acquired to the final project at the end of the Master.
