He has taught numerous courses in sales, customer service, internal and external communication, emotional intelligence, quality, environment, business management, managerial skills, teamwork, improvement teams, leadership, motivation as well as implementation and audit of quality systems and integrated human resource management systems. Trained coach by the Institute for Coaching Studies (IESEC), he is a member of the Spanish Coaching Association as well as of the International Coaching Association.
Professor of School of Operational Research (University of Valencia) as well as in the Master in Human Resource Management of the Official College of Psychologists, Comunidad Valenciana. Furthermore, he has also published several articles in scholarly and communication journals.
He has served as Quality Technician and Training Coordinator at RENFE, Director General of the consultancy firm Qualia Consultores and Director of the Customer Satisfaction and Human Resource Department of the consultancy firm Grupo Estrategia y Dirección.
