The purpose of this course is to help the participant to develop a decision-making culture in the area of Production based on the contribution of value and improvement of cost. Based on an understanding of the Company's Strategic Objectives, we must define and develop those Production Indicators that guide us in decision making, that anticipate at all times the results we are going to obtain and that are also aligned with these Company's Strategic Objectives
Truly it is not the same to be given results and develop action plans (as is traditionally done), to develop action plans that allow us to obtain the results we want, that is, that we anticipate them.
Once the indicators have been defined, and therefore the Balanced Scorecard, the most common problem is what to do with the information they provide. To this end, a Production Management System must be established and implemented that provides us with the day-to-day vision, that provides us with the systematic improvement of the Scorecard indicators, and finally that provides us with our own process improvement through the Lean Manufacturing Tools.
