Description

This module aims to enable students to make an in – depth strategic thinking, critical to establish business goals consistent.

Based on the knowledge acquired in the module “Introduction to Strategy”, we will deepen in the first place in the study of competitive advantage. A good strategy also entails taking creativity when considering alternatives, so that the company anticipated market needs, and may even modulate its development. We will also go deep into the study of trends in strategic innovation.

In addition, we will study the concepts of corporate strategy and the balanced scorecard as a strategic management tool.

After completing the course the participant will be able to:

  • Recall the main concepts related to business strategy and business process
  • Study the competitive advantage as the basis of any successful strategy.
  • Know the different trends in strategic innovation, understanding the innovation process not as an end in itself but a means to business success.
  • Be clear about the concepts of corporate strategy
  • Being able to handle the balanced scoreboard as a tool for management of any business strategy.

Student Profile

ENAE Business School is very conscious of the fact that every teaching institution is built by all and must be very careful about participant selection right from the very start by analysing their CV, qualification certificates, admission exam and through a personal interview of the student by the program director. Depending on the program, ENAE Business School carries out tests to evaluate language competence.

Most of our students come from the business world about 80% of ENAE’s students are graduate professionals and executives who wish to update their knowledge and improve their skills. These students come from different academic backgrounds mostly engeneering, business, law, economics, communication and humanities.
We encourage young and talented graduates with entrepreneur spirit to be involved in our programs as a fast track to achieve their goals in the business World.

Has held positions such as Head of the Business Management Consultancy Department at Inforges, associated professor at the University of Murcia and freelance consultant for several companies. He has spoken in national and international congresses and conferences. He is also the author of various publications as well as chapters of different books. He is currently the Director of Impulso Directivo, consulting firm focused on advising executives in different fields, particularly in business strategy, development of business plans, management control, balanced scorecard, marketing, finances, costs and human resources, among others.

Specified time period:  This course has and extension of 20 contact ours at ENAE premises.

Timetable: This course is delivered on Wednesday and Thursday from 16:30 h. to 21:30h.

If the amount of the program is paid by your company through the credit offered by the Tripartite Foundation you may recover all or part of the amount of the program in ENAE Business School, discounting the amount to be credited for the payment of social insurance.

Part of the amount paid of our training programs, in-person and In Company, could be recovered through the Tripartite Foundation (only Spanish companies).

Admission Process

This program is part of a Master that has limited availability. Taking this course will provide you great oportunities for expanding your professional networks.
