He has completed a Program of Intra/Entrepreneurship, High-Tech Spin-offs and Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School.
As an innovation consultant his main specialties are creating an innovative culture, innovation management from the strategy formulation to its launch, going through the innovation process, design thinking, and innovation of the business model.
Collaborates with several business schools as well as universities such as Universitat de Barcelona giving classes related with innovation management and creation of innovation culture. He has also participated in training programs in company for organizations highly oriented to innovation such as Abengoa and Tecnalia, among others. He has also participated in Public Administration projects such as the Startup Catalonia Program.
He has developed his career within the multinational food company Grupo Hero Spain, where he has held several positions in the marketing area, became Marketing Manager. He is currently CEO at Hidroconta.

His solid education and training as well as his extensive professional experience have taken him to companies such as McCann-Erikson, Esso and Procolor, where he worked in the production and distribution areas and performed tasks related to Market Research, Advertising, Sales Management Planning and Control, Product Development, Marketing Management and Business Management. He has also provided consulting services in Marketing Audit, Planning, Quality, Revitalization of Commercial Districts, Distribution, Franchising, Communication and Training.
Since 1974 he has been providing education and training in the sales and marketing areas of management programs at institutions such as Instituto de Empresa - IE, CECO, ENAE Business School, European institute of health and social welfare, Chambers of Commerce, etc. Courses: Marketing Management, Communication, Market Research, Marketing Audit, Distribution, Promotion, Corporate Image, Advertising, Sales, Product Policy, Marketing for Services, etc. Díez de la Lastra is also a renowned author of manuals, papers at conferences and research.
He is at present the Director of the Master in Sales and Marketing Management at ENAE Business School and the owner of the consulting and training firm José Manuel de la Lastra y Ruf.
Jesús Gambín has been for 15 years Director of International Relations at ENAE Business School position which has been expanded to Associate Dean. He has also experience as entrepreneur being founder and member of the board of Directors at BASOL FRUIT S.L.10; His extensive professional experience includes management positions both in the business sector and academic institutions: Director of International Programs of ENAE Business School, Export Sales Controller at Gorji Alliance Ltd (Leeds, United Kingdom), Key Account Manager at Aramo Consulting S.rl in Benelux, Brussels (Belgium) Assistant.
He has also broad academic experience, particularly in International Economy and Internationalization Strategies. Furthermore, he has been a consultant in a lot of projects for starting up new business and marketing plans for the business internationalization strategy. He is the current representative for institutional relations at ENAE before international organizations such as AACSB and CLADEA, which guarantee the quality of good academic practices.

His extensive professional experience includes positions such as Sales Director at Donut-Panrico S.A, Vigaceros S.A and Transmisiones Energéticas S.A.
He is currently a Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Murcia and at ENAE Business School. His academic experience is focused on Corporate Social Responsibility, Negotiation and Business Ethics. In addition, he has also held the following positions: Course Director of Negotiation Strategies and Skills Course, Coordinator of the Master and the Degree in Marketing and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Murcia. As a Professor of ENAE he is engaged in a variety of masters and specific courses about Negotiation, Neuro-marketing and Neuro-sales.
He is the author of many articles on these subjects and he has participated as author on the following books as well: "La gestión de las empresas familiares: un análisis integral" (2009), "La gestión eficiente de los equipos de venta" (2011), "Nuevas investigaciones sobre la gestión de la empresa familiar en España" (2013) y "Práctica de Estadística Aplicada a la Empresa y al Marketing" (2015).
Furthermore, he has been awarded with the 3rd National Sales Award by Air Nostrum University Chair (University of Valencia) in 2007 and with the First Innovation Teaching Award by ASEPUMA (Granada) in 2016.
He has spoken at different conferences and workshops where we can highlight the American Marketing Associations in USA, he also has participated in professional and academic events in Italy, France, Portugal, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia. He performs national and international conferences about corporate Social Responsibility, Family Business and mainly on Decision Making, Negotiation and Problem Management from an ethical point of view.

Ricardo Suárez has developed his career as Speaker and Trainer on Business Success, Internet, On-line Marketing and Social Networks. His latest presentations and seminars include: Successful Marketing of Social Networks, Social Networks and Web 2.0, How to be your own Community Manager, among others.
He is Certified consultant on Innovation by the Chamber of Commerce, specialized in On-line Marketing, Internet and Social Networks and has published numerous articles related to new technologies both for on-line media and traditional press. Furthermore, he has been Director and Editor of the Computing Fanzines MSX ETERNAL and MSX SPIRIT.
He is at present the Founding Director of Serviweb.es, focused on strategic management, internationalization of new R&D&I projects and on-line marketing strategies.

ENAE facilita el acercamiento a sus programas formativos a profesionales residentes en España en localidades que por su lejanía o difícil conexión condicionen la posibilidad de realizar un programa presencial en nuestras instalaciones.
Para ello ENAE financiará la estancia del viernes por la noche en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno, a aquellos alumnos que realicen un Master o curso de más de 100 horas en sus instalaciones y cuya impartición se desarrolle en viernes y sábado. Los alumnos tendrán que acreditar ser residentes en las áreas establecidas (*) acreditándolo según los medios que se especifiquen a los efectos.
(*) Áreas establecidas: Todas aquellas localidades que estén a una distancia superior a 80 km de Murcia capital.
