Justo José Vela has provided in-Company training to companies such as Forte (technological concrete), Grupo Pikolinos (footwear and accessories), Grupo Rover Alcisa (property development, construction and city planning), Grupo Tenepa (soil management, property development, industrial building), Grupo San Marino (marble, granite and other ornamental stones), Hospitals USP, FREMM (Regional Association of Metal Business of Murcia), or Auditores y Contables (audit and accountancy).
He was the Director of the Business Information Centre of the Region of Murcia and participated in the Management of the University of Murcia in the areas of Accounting and Management.
Along his career path he has conducted several research projects in the economic and financial fields, as well as published articles and scientific and technical documents about taxation and accounting.
He is currently Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Murcia.

Was Associated Professor in Tax and Financial Law at the University of Murcia (Public Administration) as well as Professor at the School of Legal Practice (San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia) until 2000.
He joined the Corps of the Treasury Management in 1985 and was posted to Cartagena, where he specialized in Sub-inspection in 1986. Subsequently, he joined the Corps of Tax Inspectors in 1987 and was posted to Mieres (Asturias). He specialized in 1988 in Customs and Excises and became Head of the Inspection Unit in in 1988 in La Coruña and in 1992 in Murcia and Regional Inspector-in-Chief in 1996.
He is at present Tax Inspector on voluntary leave of absence and is Director and Partner of the consultancy firm Alcabala Asesores Tributarios, S.L , where he develops his professional activity as lawyer and tax consultant.
Participated as co-author of the Tax Code (Editorial Aranzadi - legal Publisher owned by Thomson Reuters) since 1991 and has been the Director of Aranzadi Fiscal. He is also member of the Editorial Board of Civitas (Spanish Journal of Financial Law) and Impuestos (Colombian Journal of Tax Law).
He currently develops his professional activity as Professor within the area of Financial and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Murcia as well as lawyer, specialized in Income Tax, Tax Procedure and Sanctions.
Apart from his broad academic education, he has taken Doctorate courses in Financial, International and Procedural Law. He was a member of the Property Management Council of the Region of Murcia as well as member of the External Assessment Committee of the University Coordinating Council.

Develops his professional activity as Notary public. His broad experience is reflected in the different managing positions held throughout his career, such as Vice-secretary for New Technologies of the General Notary Public Council, Member of the Legal and Data Security Commission of the International Union of Notaries (UINL), Board of Trustees Member of the Foundation for the Study of Security in Telecommunications (FESTE), Dean of the Notary Public Association of Albacete (which comprises the provinces of Murcia, Albacete, Ciudad Real and Cuenca), Member of the Board of Trustees of the Notary Public Mutual Insurance Society.
Within the business sector he has been CEO of the notary?s certification agency Agencia Notarial de Certificación, S.L. (Notaries Institute for Information Technologies) where he leaded the establishment, management and consolidation of the company, achieving the national and international recognition of the agency in the field of implementation tools for secure telecommunications between professionals, companies and public administrations.
He is the author of the book "Seguridad jurídica en la contratación electrónica" (legal security in electronic contracting) as well as of several chapters of different books and articles in specialized journals.
Jose Javier Escolano is Professor at ENAE Business School in the Master in Tax Consultancy and at San Antonio Catholic University in the School of Law Practice.
Officer of the Senior Managers of the Region of Murcia Option Law, she has held various destinations and is currently Chief of the Section of Review Cartagena Territorial Service Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia.
She previously worked freelance for Lawyers with office in Cartagena.
Has developed his professional activity since 1997 in the field of tax consultancy in the taxation area of the law firm Garrigues. He joined afterwards the automotive group J. Pujante as Financial Director and internal tax consultant. In 2009 he set up his own firm in Murcia.
He develops his academic activity as Associated Professor within the Tax and Financial Law Department at Miguel Hernández University of Elche.
Has been administrator at the Tax Office of Mula and has participated in working groups of the Internal Revenue Service. He has also international experience as Member of the Tax Panel of Experts of the International Monetary Fund.
He has taught numerous courses at Institute of Tax Studies within the Personnel Training Plan of the Internal Revenue Service and participated in different workshops and conferences for the dissemination of information about new or modified regulations pertaining to tax law.

Francisco Paredes Iniesta holds, in addition to his broad education, a Degree in Community Law from the School of Saving Banks (ESCA). He joined in 1975 Caja de Ahorros de Murcia (Murcia Savings Bank), where he has developed his career and has held different positions.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Murcia since (1991) as well as member of the Savings Banks Tax Comission (CECA) since 1990.
Professor of the University of Murcia, having taught courses in Law and particularly Tax Law.

She has developed her academic career in the Department of Financial, International and Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law Studies of the University of Murcia, where she conducts research in the fields of Tax System, e-commerce Taxation, Local Public Finances and Tax Procedure.
She currently develops her professional activity as lawyer at the law firm Despacho de la Peña Velasco.

He has developed his professional activity as public employee specialized in Taxation within the Corps of Information and Communication Technologies and Systems. He has taken doctorate courses in Information Systems in the Jaume I University of Catellon.
In the last 20 years, he has worked in both the private and the public sector, including the Social Security Administration, the State Administration and the Internal Revenue Service. Moreover, he has been an Associated Professor in the Departments of Information Systems and Languages, and Combinatorial and Digital Communication of the Jaume I University of Castellon, the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has experience in all the areas concerning the ICT: customer service, networks and systems management, development of applications in different environments, teaching all type of courses in microcomputing, programming languages, Internet technologies and networks as well as management, coordination and supervision of teams in different projects).
He is at present the Head of the Office for Taxation Information Systems of the Internal Revenue Service Regional Office in Murcia.

Antonio Valero Zaragoza teaches the course in International Taxation of the Master in Tax Consultancy of ENAE Business School, in the Executive Master in Business Law organized by Garrigues Study Center in cooperation with Harvard Law School, as well as in several courses organized by the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the Region of Murcia.
He currently develops his professional activity in the Tax Department of the law firm GARRIGUES.
In addition of being a Professor of the Master in Regional and Local Finances and of the Master in Tax Consulting at ENAE Business School he teaches at the following institutions Institute for Taxation Studies, the Treasury School, School of Local Administration of the Region of Murcia, among others, and has also participated as speaker in several conferences and courses.
He has advised in projects financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) as expert within the FIAPP (International and Latin American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies).
He is currently working as Comptroller General of the Regional Council of Albacete. He previously held the positions within the Public Administration: Secretary General and Comptroller at the City Council of Yecla; Head of the Financial Policy Unit of the Finance Department of the Regional Government of Murcia; Territorial Manager and Regional Manager at the Cadastral Registry of Murcia; Comptroller General at the City Council of Yecla; and Comptroller General at the City Council of Almansa.
ENAE facilita el acercamiento a sus programas formativos a profesionales residentes en España en localidades que por su lejanía o difícil conexión condicionen la posibilidad de realizar un programa presencial en nuestras instalaciones.
Para ello ENAE financiará la estancia del viernes por la noche en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno, a aquellos alumnos que realicen un Master o curso de más de 100 horas en sus instalaciones y cuya impartición se desarrolle en viernes y sábado. Los alumnos tendrán que acreditar ser residentes en las áreas establecidas (*) acreditándolo según los medios que se especifiquen a los efectos.
(*) Áreas establecidas: Todas aquellas localidades que estén a una distancia superior a 80 km de Murcia capital.
