SOLDAN BELDA, MIGUEL
Degree in Law, concentration in Business Law specialty, University of Valencia. Masters Degree in Legal Consultancy, IE Business School. Executive Masters (with a mention of honor) in Human Resources Management, IE Business School.
He began his professional career at Despacho Sanahuja Cubel, then at Grupo Ferrovial S.A., where he held positions as Assistant Manager of Employment Relations for the Group, and Human Resources Manager for the subsidiary Mantenimiento y Conservación, FERCONSA S.A. Later on, he was Manager of labor Relations for MAXAM Group (previously Unión Española de Explosivos (Spanish Union of Explosives)), being a noteworthy negotiator and in daily contact with Syndicates, organization in which he also held the Human Resources Management for Europe, leading a complex process of change management. At present he is Human Resources Manager for the NaturEner Group, a Spanish renewable energy company, with high implementation in solar, hydric and wind business, present in Spain, USA and Canada.
Professor at Enae Business School, he is also a teacher of Labour Law and Social Security at IE. He is a member of the Spanish Association of Social Security and Labor Law. He frequently collaborates doctrinally on diverse subjects within the labor relations, Human Resources and Negotiation, is an author of numerous technical notes, practical cases and specialized articles.
