This is designed to offer the participant an overview and professionalized activities that are included in the term “maintenance”, which is taken, as a strategic activity within the corporate management structure.
Traditionally, maintenance is interpreted from a simple view, as an expense resulting from an activity involving the repair of what breaks down. There are plenty of technical, technological, operational and management aspects that can change the impact of maintenance on the results of the company.
The knowledge and practical application of the various internal processes allow maintenance to obtain the maximum availability of production assets at the lowest cost, ensuring final product quality and safety of workers.
Another important aspect is the knowledge of the maintenance tasks set by legal provisions that are mandatory or “legal maintenance”, whose control and execution ensures continuity of business.
