E-commerce is today a commercial formula in full expansion that grows exponentially every day throughout the world. An international business professional cannot remain oblivious to this phenomenon and therefore must know its main keys.
In this course, you will learn about online commerce, virtual stores, platforms, operational and technical aspects related to all this, as well as its possibilities for internationalization.
This seminar complements "Internet 1", which focused on digital marketing. It does not need prior preparation on the part of the student.
Identify and define the basic characteristics of the different digital customer profiles, as well as analyze their purchasing behaviour.
Know the different variants of e-commerce: online stores, digital platforms, etc.
Analyze and evaluate the situation of the company in the digital market, as well as recognise the basic positioning metrics.
Manage the concepts, elements, and basic operations that make up e-commerce.
Define the strategic positioning and e-commerce plans, as well as choose the essential metrics (KPIs) for their management and control.
Duration: The course lasts 30 teaching hours. From May 4th until May 17th.
Modality: The course is taught 100% online, combining live classes, where you can interact with the teacher and your classmates, and videoconferences. You will also have the recordings at your disposal on CANVAS, our virtual campus.
