This course is focused on improving competitiveness and efficiency by taking equal advantage the Mission, Vision and Values of organizations as well as the alignment of strategic objectives-direction of projects-persons in its following aspects:
Efficient project management for organisations that work or should work for projects, ranging from the implementation of strategic projects to the management of projects under contracts, improvement projects, outsourcing, etc.
Of the staff, because they are "ultimately responsible for the implementation of these strategic objectives through the management of their associated projects", based on their development and motivation, their managerial and interpersonal skills, etc.
In addition, in the course the student will understand the different visions and application of innovation (products, management, processes...), as well as the tools that can later be applied to the professional environment. The aim is to generate a culture of innovation that can directly reach the business sector and thereby achieve increases in productivity, profitability and market shares.
Identify the life cycle stages of project management and its main activities.

Identify the main project documents, their structure and usefulness.
Know the specific applications of project management in other business disciplines.
Know and use the main indicators of project evaluation, both in costs and programming.

Summarize the concept, scope and benefits of an appropriate comprehensive management of innovation in the company, relating the areas of the company involved for this.
Analyze how certain factors intervene (market trends, cultural aspects, management involvement...) in the management of innovation, in order to carry out a correct implementation.
